Hey you movie musical guys,
Get this - Richard Linklater (director of Boyhood) is going to make a movie of Merrily Schlop Rolls Along starring Ben Platt (who played Evan Hansen). Us bears watched the documentary about the making of Merrily back when we stayed at the Urban Chicken Farm... fun times!
But I haven't even gotten to the crazy part yet!
The musical takes place in 1957 and then jumps 20 years in the future, and so the movie will also be shot over 20 years, Boyhood style!
That means it will be coming out sometime around 2040.
Should we reserve our seats now?

Lee and I watched the filmed production of Merrily on Nibflix. I watched it in two sittings but Lee broke it up into smaller chunks.
