Rumors that a new bed has been discovered were at first met with disbelief, but now have been confirmed.

There is talk amongst the pillowcase bears that a quest to explore and settle the new bed is worth the risks.

I myself think it's not wise to leave the old bed, which has provided so much for us through all these years.

I also don't know if they have enough rations and soft things to make settling the new bed realistic. I'd hate to think what might happen if the expedition fails….

I hear that the new bed can support every pillowcase bear with their own spot, and even their own pillow!

I hear there are also flannel sheets….

I hear the new bed has a better view of the kitchen!

I hope you pack enough snacks. You never know how long those expeditions take and if the books that Lee reads to me are any sign, it always takes much longer than you'd think.

I want to come along too but I am worried that I might miss SNEECHES if SNEECHES comes to visit the old bed. Oh dear, I don't know what to do!

That's a good point Peaches - we would miss out on any mail that is sent to the old bed as well.

This might be a crazy idea - but what if we could push the two beds together so that it would be like one giant bed? I know it sounds impossible, but if all of us bears line up and push at exactly the same time - I bet it would work!

Lee sent us the best Hannukah gift ever of flannel sheets to put on the new bed! Now we are free to roam the flannel expanse of a new unexplored bed. This will help keep us warm in the winter.

Lee is the best and for that we all send her a warm flannel hug!

I heard that Schlop is fish-sitting and he found a gigantic bed that is larger than any previous bed known to bears.

The bed is so large that it made Schlop look like mini-Schlop when he sat on it.

Amazing!

I heard that the bed was so big it prevented Schlop from retaining heat.

It looks like we have finally discovered Schlop's kryptonite. Who knew it would be a bed?

Schlop is so excited about his Malm. It still makes him very happy every day!

He's had it built for a week now and so far there have been minimal pesadillas and maximum naps!

Schlop can't believe his good fortune to have acquired this malm for free!
