That bunny was so hard to spot, Muffins! I had to phone a lifeline!

But I'm glad bunny spotting is still popular in 2015 and hasn't gone out of fashion!

Happy Ground Schlop Day!

Today is February 2nd which means it is Lee's favorite Holiday - Ground Schlop Day!

This is the day where Schlop wakes up after an afternoon nap - and if he spots a bunny then that means he gets to nap some more. He also may nap if he doesn't spot a bunny. Also he may drink hot cocoa. It's really up to him. They made a whole movie out of it with Bill Murray.

Happy Ground Schlop Day everybody!

If you spot a bun you have to send a BUN ALERT.

Bean Bunny!

As I'm sure you guys remember, almost 10 years ago in this thread I posted about Bean Bunny and how he was in a movie called The Tale of the Bunny Picnic.

You will also remember how I was unable to get the movie from either Nib-flix (which we had at the time) or the library.

While a year ago it turns out someone uploaded The Tale of the Bunny Picnic to youtube! It is about 50 minutes long but Duddles is making plans to organize bear watching parties in 5 minutes increments.

Here is the link, and let me know if you check it out what kind of bunnies your spot!

Bro, is that even a carrot?

I swear Nibs leaves for Burning Schlop and these kinds of posts start popping up.

Bun on the rocks

Hoo hoo!

Lee sent me the best letter and it had a fuzzy Pika on it and I wasn't sure if that was a bunny or not but then Petri showed me on the back it says they are also known as "rock rabbits" and a rabbit is just another word for a bunny so it is a bunny!

Thanks Lee!!

I heard that Nibs spotted a Wild Chinchilla in Darkest Peru!

I am not sure what that is but am putting it down as a bunny spot for Nibs.

Good jorb Nibs, hoo hoo!

Hollywood bunnies

Wow, 2019 is shaping up to be one of the most memorable for BUNNIES on film and tv.

First we had BANDERSNATCH whose entire plot revolved around the ripples of fate that spin off of a young boy's desperate need to find his stuffed bunny before he leaves his room. All manner of murder, mayhem, and mischief result from this bunny and his future self's attempt to find the bunny again.

Now we have THE FAVOURITE. While we won't post any spoilers yet, I do want to show some of the headlines that this movie has kicked off:

Let's Talk about those Bunnies in The Favourite.

Emma Stone Had to Do Some Things to a Bunny That Made Her Cry in The Favourite

The movie opens with the bunnies and ends with the bunnies. And everyone's relationship to the bunnies speaks volumes about their character throughout the film. One of the most powerful portrayal of bunnies in film history!

Once the St Louis bears are all caught up on this movie, I can't wait to discuss all the bunny symbolism!

Here's hoping the Oscars consider Best Bunny in a Feature Film and Best Supporting Bunny in a Feature Film for the 2020 award categories!
