Today I had to renew the domain registration for schlopstakovich.com.

That means it is almost our ONE YEAR Anniversary. I think it actually is on October 14. Very exciting.

Good job guys on keeping these boards so cool and active for a whole year!

I think we should have a party on the one year anniversary. :)

Ok, we are all standing by. Ready for the big moment...

I just want to take a minute and thank everyone for so many great posts that brought us to this point. This wouldn't have happened without all of you and you guys really make it a pleasure to moderate the boards. I look forward to a bright new future in the 2000s and I hope the new site can be launched soon to inspire even more dialogue. Anysneech, thanks everyone and CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

Hey Guys,

Quick admin update for you all.

I cleaned out all the weird people who keep joining the forums. Trying to keep it all clean. Sorry it took me so long to get to that.

Meanwhile, I'm not sure who's been paying attention, but you've probably noticed that Lee has had the status of "King of the World Bean" for quite some time. Well good news... despite the fact that there's a huge lull from 300-400 I went in and added new super cool ranks if you can make it past 400 posts. My favorite rank comes in at 475... can't wait to see someone get there! It'll probably be Lee.

Anysneech, sorry I let the ranks slide in the 300s, but keep up the great posts everyone!

I'll keep working on hopefully updating the Schlop site too.

Ok, I cleaned out the latest batch of ruffians. I also locked down registration permissions a bit more so hopefully that will weed more of them out.

Also, Lee showed me how to back up the forums. Cool!!
