Toast

Food is a very important topic on these forums. We now have a new category devoted entirely to it (including any and all muffins, pancakes, and pastries).

Naps on Toast

Post by Shnoodles »

Hey you toasty guys,

Maybe Schlop would be interested in this inflatable mattress that looks like toast!

He could pretend to be the Schlopberry jam on the toast...

Toast

Post by Gulliver »

I heard Schlop got a toast pillow.

He might have eaten it already though.

Also Lee visited the coolest toast restaurant and had toast there.

I wonder why no one posted about it?

Pounds of Pancakes

That Toast pillow is the best!

Yesterday we had BRUNCH at our house and Sam made a lot of eggs and french toast and pancakes and potatoes and 30 people came over and ate!

BUT the highlight was that I put the TOAST PILLOW on the main couch and everyone thought it was soooo fuzzy and the perfect brunch thing to have out! Hooray for the Toast Pillow!

And hooray for an epic brunch! You should've seen all the Muffins, Muffins!

Air Everything!

Post by Snuffles »

You guys probably know how me and Lee's favorite thing to order at Qdoba is an Air Doba - but I heard that Schlop has taken it one step further!

Get this - Schlop ate toast with ... nothing on it! No butter, no jam, nada! Air Toast! It's all very Zen, isn't it?

The new new thing to put on toast

Post by peaches »

Hey you guys!

I heard that the coolest new thing to put on toast is - get this - yogurt!

We went to this restaurant at Estes Park and everyone passed around a container of yogurt. Some people put the yogurt in their oatmeal and others put it on the toast. Lee even had some on her English muffin!

Yay yogurt!

Sweet sweet toast

Post by Nibs »

Guys!! Big Toast News!

For whatever reason this week Lee has started making Schlop toast (like usual) but then putting honey on it at the very end, over the butter!!

Three times so far this week Schlop has had honey toast with his dinner!!!

Is it a new era for toast? Or just a special week?

I imagine little Markian would be so proud:

"And now... the honey!"

Schlop reports that honey toast is delicious and so far hasn't managed to get his paws sticky.

Zen and the art of toastmaking

Post by Snuffles »

When the power went out, I thought that might be a problem for Schlop's toast addiction - but it turns out Schlop doesn't even use a toaster!

That's right - Schlop has reached such a high level of Toastmastery that he makes toast directly from the stove with nary a toaster to be seen. He is like a Zen master of toast who has reached toast Nirvana!
