Pancake time

Post by DJ »

Zupancakes!

That's cool Lee.

But you will never be able to beat my time of 6:38 for the 3/19 9x9 puzzle. I had to get Snuffles' help for part of it.

I think it's time for a pancake break.

Oh.

You beat me. By over four minutes...

Did Snuffles help you too?

I guess it's time for me to find a new puzzle.

Hi Dj!

Oh, I'm sorry I beat you. I got Nibs help. Nibs is an expert at Nurikabe, apparently.

Nibs says the key is breaking up the 2x2 areas, and keeping in mind that all gray squares must connect. The hard part of the March 19 one was the upper right hand corner... once we figured that part out, the rest came together.

Nibs nibs.

Figures

Post by DJ »

Oh, that explains it - you got Nibs' help, and Nibs must be a lot smarter than Snuffles. So really it was Snuffles who lost. He's just not as good at puzzles as me and you, Lee!

I also agree that the top right was tricky. I spent four minutes banging my head against the computer screen!

Then I realized I was supposed to use the mouse!

Hey Shnoods

I'm currently at 21/40 now. This game is so fun!!

I think the music is really addicting too.

You should try it and we can see who can finish first.

Hey Shnoodles!!!

I passed the game!! Woo Hoo!!!!

That was definitely the most challenging and satisfying game I've played in a long time!!!

I got stuck a few more times, but never as stuck as I was when I had 5 points.

In the end, my time was 2:51. But I wonder if that's accurate because sometimes I had the browser window open but wasnt actively playing. But it is probably pretty close to accurate. Anysneech... you should really try it. It's a great game!!

Very rewarding. Thanks for the recommendation.

Woo! Great job, Lee! You rock!

I want to try it too. I just have to wait until DJ is finished with his Nurikabes...

help

Post by lee »

Oh man Shnoodles

I've been trying this GROW game for a while. At first I thought it was impossible because nothing was happening but it ended up that my broswer was cutting off the very top and i didn't see the clouds!

Anyway, I haven't looked for help yet and i've managed to get the little brat all the way to the top level! But what now? Where does the second bolt of lightning need to go? Am i supposed to fry the lion? How does he open that chest? Wahhh... he slid up the rainbow but now i'm stuck! HELP!

Yay!!!

Post by lee »

Oh wow!! I got really frustrated and realized... there's no other way to open that chest unless he uses his pacifier... and then it opened!! Gold plaited diapers!!!

I beat the lion and now my Queen and I are living happily ever after. I will go see what happens with the Devil ending.

Anysneech... I can't believe I passed!! Hooray!!!

I still say you should try that other eyezmaze game I liked so much. It's much more satisfying.

But I think the mole looks like you, Shnoodles! And Nibs likes how the monkey always eats the apple. And Schlop likes how the bear hugs you if you do it wrong. Hoo hoo.
